Summer!!!

Time is flying by! What a year! The weather finally started turning, albeit from winter directly to summer here in WNY. We had a few rehearsal in the spring and the gigs are starting to come in. The shows information has been updated. May 28th we will be at Water Street Landing in Lewiston at 8 PM. Outdoor show on the patio. What a great way to start a holiday weekend and the summer. Especially now that things are starting to turn the corner on the pandemic. Do what you can to keep the momentum going! get vaccinated. That will really help. This is the type of virus that mutates frequently. This is a SARS variant itself and we don’t want it to become more like it’s nastier (i.e. deadly) family members. It can still happen until we can get the kids vaccinated. Worry about mine until we can get there. The vaccines have the components that a virus infection would, just more controlled and can’t reproduce. Kinda weirded myself out thinking about that. When a native SARS-Cov -2 Virus infects you, it actually carries a little cytoplasm from the person who gave you the infection. You’ve been transfected with a little bit of someone else’s cytoplasm into your cells. There’s generally more than one virion that infects you so it’s not just one cell. Eventually that cell will burst or crenate with all the virus particles that destroy the cell, and i suppose that should not bother one much, but it does me for some reason. Too much nerd in me I guess. Well its off to sleep for me with the nightmares of cytoplasm sharing virions. Hope you get a better night’s sleep than me. Get vaccinated and stop cytoplasmic sharing in its tracks!!! Hope to see you at a show soon.
